I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes throughout Orange County since 1989. After more than 37 years in real estate, over $550 million in sales, and more than 750 closed transactions, I’ve learned that experience matters—but what you do with that experience matters even more.

Today, my primary focus is San Clemente and the surrounding coastal communities of South Orange County. San Clemente is a unique real estate market, where home values and lifestyles can vary considerably from one neighborhood to another—and sometimes from one street to the next. Understanding those differences is an important part of helping buyers and sellers make the right decisions.

That’s where local knowledge becomes important.

I look beyond bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. I pay attention to the things that can really affect a home's value and the way you'll enjoy living there—location within the neighborhood, lot position, views, street traffic, schools, HOA considerations, proximity to the beach and downtown, and even differences between homes that may appear very similar on paper.

For sellers, that means understanding how to position, price and market a home so buyers recognize its value. For buyers, it means knowing what you're buying, what you're paying for, and whether a particular home and neighborhood truly fit the way you want to live.

My approach has always been pretty simple: tell people what I really think.

I’ll give you straightforward advice, communicate with you throughout the process, and tell you when I think something is a great opportunity—and when I think you should walk away. When it comes time to negotiate, I’ll protect your interests and draw on decades of experience to help you make the best decision possible.

And I don't believe good real estate representation should ever feel transactional. Whether you're selling a longtime family home, buying along the coast, moving within San Clemente, or simply trying to figure out what your options are, you deserve the same level of attention and honest advice.
