The master-planned community of Aliso Viejo, nestled in the slopes of the scenic San Joaquin Hills in southern Orange County, consists of beautiful homes ranging from charming condominiums to luxurious estate-sized homes and distinguished single-family residences. Aliso Viejo is also ideally situated just east of Laguna Beach and to the north of Laguna Niguel. Aliso Viejo also offers miles of hiking and biking trails through the popular Regional Park, which covers more than 3,400 acres. Many home buyers are drawn to this community for its excellent proximity to amenities such as nearby restaurants, entertainment, and the distinguished school system.
 
This wonderful community is also home to many commercial buildings and companies. Top employers are UPS, Pacific Life, Capistrano Unified School District, and Fluor to name just a few. These companies not only bring business into the community, but provide residents with a number of excellent job opportunities as well.
 
Aliso Viejo also offers the Aliso Viejo Town Center, which includes a movie theater, a wide variety of restaurants, stores and boutiques. Annual events include Fall Harvest Santa's Arrival & Holiday Tree Lighting, the Spring Egg Hunt & Pancake Breakfast and the annual summer concerts in the park, all held at Grand Park. The 18-hole Aliso Viejo Resort & Golf Club is a popular destination as well, and ice skating can be enjoyed at Aliso Viejo Ice Palace. The recently constructed Renaissance ClubSport is a $65 million property providing relaxation and workout space.
 
Aliso Viejo is serviced by the Capistrano Unified School District, which includes four elementary schools, two middle schools and a high school. Health care centers include Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center, Hoag Health Center and South Coast Health Center.
